I am so happy to have my very favorite news app back in service for the US, and it's better than ever. Unread offers the most balanced and diverse selection of articles automatically, has the best reader mode, and is simple to customize with specific sources and search subjects shown as sections. This happy user sincerely thanks the developers for coming back with this great update. I missed you so much.

Better for iPhone - you can see a few summary sentences under the main new story title. BUT, on the iPad only the story titles show up. #DISAPPOINTING OLDEST REVIEW: 4½ Stars! But for my iPhone this *was* my go-to news app @ 4.5 Stars. Was nicely done, Very reliable, and getting rid of the occasional ads had a cheap price. BUT, even then, on my iPad the stories have just a headline and no opening sentences. No better on my iPad than on my little iPhone 5S! On an iPad this app would be much better if you had an optional setting that would let you read the title, plus the first 2 or 3 sentences. Then you could see if the news story is worth selecting to expand it and read more. ...tested w/ iOS 9.3.6 on iPhone & iPad ...no crashes in testing for weeks ...will update this review w/ each app update

It would be nice to be able to sort stories by "most recent"

It is the very good app developed by streamy news. Hope they will reduce the the sizes of top and lower bars for better vision of news articles.

it allows you to select any font size both for headlines & for the full story! Awesome! I stopped using News Hunt because it fails to offer the same. Another unique touture: Copy the story & paste it anywhere! No news app offers that ! (however, failure to select only a part of the story is a big drawback. You can copy the whole page only, as selection arrow do not work).

Nice application for news agregator..but its would be better if i can choose and add news blog by typing the site name.

Various sources for news and information. This way one can see different perspectives in one place and Love the different news from around the world. Just enough information, it's well written.

Use it everyday.. It gives a wide range of different news sources. And nowadays that's the only way to get news information. Ads are managed nice with choice to view AFTER you read article. Any news hungry people out there would be satisfied.

Gets me the news without unnecessary animations or other useless clutter. Would like to see a few more subscriptions available. Good app.

Good app and interesting.But i have difficulty each time i try to navigate b/w the options such as voa global english,voa Africa and voa newscaste.I feel a single click should smoothly allow the channel to open.I struggle touching other options such as settings,category etc before i will succeed.At times i will get the message that voa is not responding.But generally the app is ok.Let me know how i can get through quickly without much waitng.Thanks

One of the best applications very informative and very comprehensive, views and news about Iran and world, the best, I love it.

This is a great app for keeping up with all news broadcaster Streamy News. One MAJOR PROBLEM is that when you tap on a notification from the app it just launches the app. It doesn't deep link to that actual story of the notification in the app.

Ordinarily I would say this app was up there as a leader of news and features with plenty of information to chew or speculate on.

Widget restored. Top marks for listening to user feed back. I have the home page of widgets again and I like it. The app does keep stalling a lot so not as smooth as it used to be.

I like very much but I it would be nice if it could offer an option that would let you select specific topic such as politics, sports, economy, etc.

Very effective but subject to the whim of the publisher. Fresh stories 24/7 with quickest access to all. Love this app, however; old fashioned media, like the L. A. Times, block access after just ten articles per month. Some papers will grow into the future rather than go stale and fade away.

I like the app for the design, ease of navigation and customising. Hate the quality of news reporting today such that it's difficult to find anything interesting or well written.

Very Easy To Get News All Over The World. As a suggestion, merged google news app with this app!! Add to home screen for sources and topics is great. Auto download is a welcomed feature and also notification for new magazine issues. Splash screen has been introduced. Weather forecast is great and loads faster now. A better navigation on the highlight section and articles load faster now. New icon has been introduced

I'm not sure why people give it low ratings. In my opinion it beats most of the other news curators, aggregator out there. Very fews ads, ability to bookmark articles for reading offline or dowbload entire subscriptions, clean interface.

I love the way the app works and looks. Easy to use and very informative of what is current. The Streamy do report on all things that happen across the world but it could be more positive - highlighting good things happening around the world wouldn't hurt. It could be a section of its' own. Otherwise I'd have given it 5 stars

Excellent app, headlines to light hearted articles it has the lot... Fully customisable it fits to suit ur needs and wants, hear design and UI, I couldn't really ask for much more... The only thing stopping 5* award is a lack of fully downloading the articles in background whilst phone internet connected and idle, always needs me to update them and 90% of the time the headlines in each topic need manual updating and won't do so in background but still excellent

The streamy news app provides fast reliable access to unbiased news at any time. Its use of very brief breaking news snaps usually beats other news sources.

Good App, only alerts major breaking news not every little thing so you're not getting constantly pinged. Very good.

The streamy news app provides informative and well written news articles. The layout is clear and aesthetically pleasing, with a good balance of international content. The ability to customize by topic is a real plus.

This is an excellent app. It gives current up to date news in every possible category. The articles can be read from the original source, the font can be adjusted and background changed from white to dark. This is my favorite news app.

Streamy is really geared toward READING of articles, rather than using it as “mobile triage.” It’s a very pleasing experience, and it’s better on larger devices (like the iPhone 6 and 6+) than it is on smaller devices. It’s also a better reader if you subscribe to lots of full text RSS feeds. It used to be that Streamy was frustrating to use with truncated RSS feeds. But a recent update brought a simple “readability” view and it works GREAT. SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE NOW. Huge Kudos to the Supertop team. Update: With the embedded Safari View Controller, it’s even more better(er). Great work!

It simply doesn't load. The only section that will even open is the search, which also doesn't load anything.

Well, it is a nice app. I like the functions and clean UI. BTW, do you have any plan to change the icon??? It can be more elegant.

There is a lot of news on this app and it is updated regularly for the latest news. The information is also varied so you'll probably find anything you want to know.

It needs an iPad view but the articles are informative and current. Awesome way to stay current on the news

I spend all day on Facebook and reddit and Twitter and watch the morning and nightly news, but I saw like 10 things I didn't know about on streams news today. Worth having

Like a mini newspaper. Lots of important stuff on my news feed so I know what's going on. Nice interface

It's a great index of latest Google news but doesn't do much else

Reading the news on the go. This app features a wonderful way to read the trending news . It is very informative and very handy to read the news.

Fast and up to date news tracker. News came from a wide range of sources and can be set to specific interests, sports tech etc. the basic UI is the only real negative

this app is good about the content and working but the graphic is nothing compared to the others. anyway this is also a good choice for updating news :)

It's like a simplified version of Google News. I would only suggest that the image of each header should have a better resolution. So useful news application. Get this.
